We disinfect, sanitize and sterilize all equipment after each service. Your health, safety and comfort are our utmost priorty. Let us earn your business; we will try our best to make you want to come back. We welcome walk-ins, but if you prefer not to wait, you can call ahead or click on schedule appointment below to see when your favorite Barber and/or Manicurist is available.
Our Barbers are properly trained in the most advance techniques in Barbering.
Our Manicurists specialize in sculptured acrylic and gel enhancements, as well as natural hand and foot care. !
Host a party -
For birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, bridal showers, team meetings or friends who just want to have a unique and fun get together, arrange a private party at Hot Heads and Cool Claws today.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Any changes or cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full amount of the party. Please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid any charges. If fewer than 10 people show up, we will charge the ticket price of the party for 10 people ($200.00 minimum).
You can bring snacks & beverages as long as you serve yourself.
After the last service is done, the parties can stay for an extra 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the charge will be $200.00 per hour.
All of our clients have the option of becoming a Preferred Client. We offer standing appointments to our Preferred Clients. Our Preferred Clients also receive scheduling priority and other valuable benefits. We owe our success to the Preferred Clients who dominate our schedule. Most Preferred Clients continue with their existing appointments; however they may request changes in time and/or services from time to time.
If you need to cancel or change an existing appointment, we require 24 hours notice. Any appointments not cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance will be charged the full price of service. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in a loss of the Preferred Client status. To ensure that all clients stay on schedule, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may be shortened or rescheduled (cancellation fees will apply).
Some of us keep waiting lists when we run out of availability, so that we may contact you when something becomes available. Preferred Clients and existing clients have scheduling priority on the waiting list.
We do welcome walk-ins. However, if you don’t like to wait or want to get in with some one in particular we strongly recommend that you reserve an appointment in advance. In fact, some of our Preferred Clients reserve their standing appointments more than a year in advance. Walk in appointments will always be available, as long as time allows.
Children in the Shop
Children should only be in the shop if they are receiving a service and must be supervised at all times. We love our clients and our client’s children. Unfortunately, this is not the safest environment for the little ones. We have a lot of chemicals around that can e harmful to little fingers. This is your time to relax, so for your comfort and the comfort of others, please make other appropriate childcare arrangements.
Please keep in mind that we do not have a receptionist and most of us operate our business through our cell phones. In order to give each client the attention deserved, we’re rarely available to answer our cell phones. If you need any of us, feel free to call, you may catch us between clients or during down time. If not, please don’t feel offended. Leave us a message or shoot a text. We’re all pretty good about returning messages and we do look forward to hearing from you!
